Born in 1959, he lives in Pavia, where he works as a freelance surveyor.
He is a former member of the board of directors of the Cassa nazionale di previdenza e assistenza geometri (National Pension and Surveyors’ Welfare Fund) and a member of the provincial council of surveyors of Pavia, of which he was also president. Since 2013 he has been president of the ITS Foundation “Pavia Città della Formazione”, which later became ITS JobsFactory Foundation.
Attentive to the needs and interests of youth, he is passionate about sports in general.
